Pricing
Market research software, priced around the features and seats your team actually needs.

Your questions, answered
Konfidant works as a company-wide consumer intelligence subscription. Pricing reflects the size of your organisation, rather than charging separately for every feature or seat. The aim is to give teams access to the full system – Signal for the weekly and month pulse, Seasons for planning around key consumer moments, and Shifts for longer-term change. Contact us for a quote based on your company size and how your team plans to use Konfidant.
Yes. We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can explore the full Konfidant platform before subscribing. You’ll be able to see the data, Briefings, Signal, Seasons and Shifts outputs, and Konnie’s AI-assisted reporting in action. It’s designed to give you a clear feel for how Konfidant can help your team understand what’s changing and what to do next.
A standard Konfidant subscription gives your team access to the full intelligence system: Signal for the weekly pulse, Seasons for planning around key consumer moments, and Shifts for longer-term change. Plans also include access to the platform, Konnie’s AI-assisted reporting, human-written Briefings, searchable UK consumer data and onboarding support. In some cases, we can shape access around budget or organisational need, including discounted rates for charities.
At the moment, Konfidant subscriptions don’t limit seats. We want teams to use the platform widely across marketing, insight, strategy and planning, rather than restrict access to a small number of users. Pricing reflects the size of your organisation, so the right people can use Signal, Seasons, Shifts and Konnie without seat-by-seat friction.
Some brands run consumer tracking in-house, but continuous weekly intelligence takes more than budget. It needs a research engine that never stops – fieldwork, analysis, reporting, quality checks, holidays covered and Christmas still running. Konfidant gives teams access to that machinery from day one: weekly UK consumer data, Signal, Seasons and Shifts outputs, human-written Briefings and AI-assisted reporting through Konnie. For most brands, it’s a faster and more scalable way to stay close to consumers than trying to build the whole system themselves.
A market research agency answers a brief. Market research software gives you tools to analyse data. Konfidant works as a continuous consumer intelligence system, tracking how Britain feels, behaves and changes every week. It covers the consumer world broadly – confidence, money, food, home, health, work, culture and more – then turns the signals into clear guidance on where markets are moving and what brands should do next. You get the scale of a system, the judgement of an insight team and the speed of AI in one place.
Konfidant works as a research partnership, so we understand that business needs can change. If your team wants to use more of the platform, we’ll help you widen adoption and get more value from the full intelligence system. If difficult circumstances arise, we’ll talk to you early and look for a fair, practical way to flex.
Yes. We can share sample Konfidant Briefings so you can see how the thinking works before you subscribe. You’ll see the weekly pulse, seasonal planning guidance and longer-term change briefings – with the data, interpretation and “what to do next” guidance that sits behind them.
Yes. We offer tailored pricing for agencies, consultancies and independent advisors. Konfidant can support planning, strategy, pitches and client work, with pricing shaped around how you intend to use the platform. We’ll also agree simple attribution rules for any external use of Konfidant data or insight.
Konfidant doesn’t need customer-level data from your business to work. The platform is built on Konfidant’s own anonymised and aggregated UK consumer research data. Your account details, queries, saved reports and any custom inputs are handled under GDPR-compliant processes, with security controls in place to protect your information. Full security details, including our DPA and technical safeguards, are available on request.
